Florian Karner, born in Breisach (Germany) in 1989, began making his first short films at the age of 12 and assisted on the ZDF TV film “Das große Comeback” directed by Tomy Wiegand in 2010. Since 2015, he has been studying documentary film directing at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg (Germany). He won the student jury prize at the 26th dokumentART Festival in 2017 with his short documentary “Dubito ergo sum”, He works as a freelance editor, cameraman and video artist.
