Sur l’île indonésienne de Sumba, l’esclavage existe encore. Alors qu’il enquête sur le trafic d’êtres humains, un activiste se heurte aux traditions et à la soumission de familles entières. Il obtient la liberté d’une fillette de 8 ans, une petite victoire dans un combat plus large, car la reine de l’île en possède encore des centaines.

Jeremy Kewuan is a native from the island of Flores in Indonesia. He has beena human rights activist for many years, and holds a university degree in law. Jeremy was disappointed with various NGOs on the matter of human trafficking, and decided to follow
