The Unicorn in Snowpants Suddenly Ran Off explore le conflit entre les univers ludiques d'enfants aveugles et la réalité dans laquelle ils vivent. Le film nous présente trois enfants confiants, pour qui la cécité n'est pas un handicap mais plutôt un autre type de normalité. Les licornes, les centres d'appels et les grands-pères volants jouent chacun un rôle.

Philipp Schaeffer is a director from Germany. After graduating in philosophy from King´s College London in 2017, he spent two years working on Augmented Reality projects between Los Angeles, the Canadian Arctic and Berlin.
Currently, he is pursuing further studies in documentary directing at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. His work has been nominated for the German Film Critics´ Award and the IDA Award, licensed by The New Yorker Documentary and shown at festivals like Sundance and CPH:DOX.
