À l’occasion d’un voyage à Naples, un père revient sur son enfance passé dans le quartier Vicaria avec son ami Napoleone avec qui il explorait la ville. Ce retour à Naples lui permet de revenir sur ses origines et de raconter sa vie. Car aussi loin que nous allons, nous revenons toujours là où tout a commencé.
