<p>Nils Martin is a French filmmaker born in 1991 in Paris. His passion for cinema, mountains and History led him to be a documentary filmmaker and to work close to mountain areas from the French Alps, to the Nigerian and Mauritanian Sahara. His student film, Riturnella, won 3 awards and was selected for over a dozen French and international festivals. His first professional film, <em>Edlinger, La liberté au bout des doigts</em>, was released in February 2023 and received favorable reviews from the press (Le Monde, Télérama) and festivals (two awards in 2023).</p>
