In the suburbs of Paris, two public high school teachers have decided to put an end to school failure with a new method involving students and parents. And it's working: no dropouts, 100 % success at the baccalaureate and a large number of honor. Teachers and pupils filmed themselves over the course of a school year to share their keys to success.

Jérémie Fontanieu is a high school economics and social sciences teacher in Drancy (93) Jérémie Fontanieu has been a high school economics and social sciences teacher in Drancy since 2012. Since then, he has been experimenting with a project based on collective work between teachers and students' families, in particular to combat academic failure.
