  SCREENING BOOKING TUTORIAL - PASS HOLDER

• This “reservation” service is an additional option available to festival pass (Festival, Weekend or Day pass) or accreditation holders.
• Reserve your screening with our “Info & reservations” agents at the Gare du Midi, as well as at the ticket counters outside screening times: we are here to guide you and assist in planning your screening schedule.
• Once your reservation is made, join the “Reservations and one screening tickets” queue. To ensure a smooth entry process, please arrive 20 minutes before the screening begins.

Any reservation not honored at least 5 minutes before the start of the screening may be canceled and reassigned to attendees present without a reservation.

• Reservation is not mandatory to attend a screening, but it guarantees your seat. You can only book one seat per screening.
• Screenings remain accessible to everyone without a reservation, depends on seat availability. Those wishing to purchase a single ticket, as well as pass and accreditation holders who have not reserved their screening, must join the “no reservation” queue designated for this purpose.
• If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible through your online account to free up the seat.
