In deepest Siberia, two Russian scientists are conducting a unique experiment: turning back time and going back to the Ice Age to save the world from imminent environmental disaster. According to the Zimov's hypothesis, a large-scale reintroduction of herbivores would stop the permafrost melting and the resulting environmental catastrophe.

After studying languages (French, English) at the University of Nizhny Novogord (Russia), I attended the Advanced Filmmaking Program in Moscow for two years in the documentary section. Since 2000 I have been living and working in France on documentary projects which, for the most part, deal with the multiplicity of culture and its role in our societies.
