Mothers of Chibok

Réalisation
Joel’ Kachi BENSON

In Chibok, Nigeria, the Islamist sect Boko Haram has kidnapped hundreds of schoolgirls since 2014. Despite the danger, the women of the region work the land to finance their children’s education. A close-knit community of mothers lives to the rhythm of negotiations and the hope of their daughters’ return.
