Born in Germany, Sorina studied Visual Communication with a focus in Photography and worked in that field for a variety of reputable companies and international visual artists for over 10 years before she started her Master Program in Directing Documentary at the National Film and Television School. In her movies, she is exploring injustice, loss and loneliness whilst simultaneously always looking out for the resilience, humour and hope in her characters and topics.
