Her lifelong dream came to life on November 10, 2024: to be on the starting line of the Vendée Globe, a 45,000 km solo, unassisted sailing race. At 23, Violette Dorange is the youngest person to achieve this feat: finding sponsors, building a team and tackling mythical oceans and capes alone.
