Fabrice lives in the Parisian suburbs. For the past 25 years, he has worked in a household appliance store, where each day is like the last. Imprisoned in an alienating routine, Fabrice tries to escape through music and weight training, in search of freedom.

Born in Aveyron, France, in 1976, Nicolas grew up in a peasant and artisan environment. Self-taught, he made his first two short films in Super 8 between 1997 and 1999.The second film won the Prix du Public in Rodez. From 2006 to today, he writes, develops and directs a dozen films and essays. 2010 is marked by the making of the feature documentary Le Temps de quelques jours. Jérôme Garcin of France Inter wrote in the Nouvel Obs: "The result is a magnificent film. We would like everyone to be able to see this film, which is reminiscent of the humble and profound films by Cavalier and Depardon."
