Lamb of God

Réalisation

The Santa Cecilia Monastery in Rome welcomes two newborn lambs every January. They are blessed and entrusted to a cloistered nun, who cares for them with maternal devotion until their wool can be sheared. It is then used to weave the pallium worn by the Pope on June 29, the feast of Saints Peter and Paul.
