Wen Chieh Chang graduated from Fu-Hsin Trade & Arts School in 1985 and entered the Department of Radio, Television & Film in 2022, at the graduate school of Shih Hsin University. Chang was born in Yilan. He likes to try new things that have never been done before. Standing between "business & reality" and "art & virtuality", Chang perfectly integrates his creativity with interactive technology and new media art as a content creator.
