Viktor Portel is a documentary film director and head of audio-visual department at Post Bellum, focusing on producer and content advisor roles. He supervised and partially directed a documentary TV Series called Stories of 20th Century. His short film Havel Heart won Czech Press Photo Award. He currently finished his feature length debut The Investigator. He studied at documentary department at FAMU in Prague.Viktor Portel est un réalisateur de films documentaires et chef du département audiovisuel de Post Bellum, qui se concentre sur les rôles de producteur et de conseiller en matière de contenu. Il a supervisé et partiellement réalisé une série télévisée documentaire intitulée Stories of 20th Century. Son court-métrage Havel Heart a remporté le prix Czech Press Photo. Il termine actuellement son premier long métrage, The Investigator. Il a étudié au département documentaire de la FAMU à Prague.
