My Dear Théo

In February 2022, Ukrainian filmmaker Alisa Kovalenko joined the armed forces after Russia full scale invasion of her country. She sent her 5-year-old son Théo a film letter recounting her daily life on the front lines, capturing her unit's resilience and a mother's love amid the chaos of war.
