The mini-bins, supposedly “harmless” little recycling bins, have polarized a town. Countless banners and graffiti reading “No to mini-bins” flood balconies and streets. The countdown to the elections has begun. The ballot boxes will decide whether this delirious polarisation triumphs and manages to turn the town’s fate around.
