The film brings back to life Orlando Pantera, a Cape Verdean singer who was a member of several bands in the 1990s and died at the age of 33, on the eve of recording his first solo album. The archives provided by his daughter and the interpretation of his songs by today’s voices reveal his lasting influence on musicians today.
