Hanna Assouline is a filmmaker and peace activist, founder of the association “Les Guerrières de la Paix.” A French Sephardic Jew of Moroccan origin, she is deeply committed to dialogue between Jewish and Muslim communities, and to the fight against racism and anti-Semitism, both on the ground and through her films. Since October 7, she has been on all fronts, providing a unifying voice amid the din and relaying the voices of Israeli and Palestinian peace activists.

Sonia TERRAB

Moroccan filmmaker and activist Sonia Terrab, co-founder with Leila Slimani of the feminist movement “Hors-la-loi/Moroccan Outlaws,” has made a number of high-impact documentaries in which she explores forms and genres to convey and resonate the voices of Moroccan women and youth. She is currently finishing her first fiction film. Sonia Terrab is also a member of the “Guerrières de la Paix” movement.
