Trained as a journalist, he started out as a reporter for some of Spain's leading media covering social issues as well as several international crises, from the fall of the Communist regimes to the war in the Balkans. He has directed and produced work for almost all the major Spanish channels, as well as foreign ones such as Netflix, Movistar 0, TVE, TV3, Arte, Avro, Cuatro, etc.

Raúl CUEVAS

Raúl Cuevas (L'Hospitalet, 1978) has extensive experience in the field of documentary filmmaking. Since his first project in 2001, he has served as the director and screenwriter for three feature films (Return to Raqqa, A Place to Fall Dead, and From Texas to Arbúcies), as well as various documentaries for television and short films. In his early career, he explored his more creative and experimental side as a director of music videos. In addition to his directorial works, he has also worked as an editor and director of photography on several feature films and documentary series.
