Daniel Stopa was born in Olkusz in 1988. Director, screenwriter and producer, he is a graduate of the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School and a doctoral student at the University of Silesia in Katowice. His short films have won awards at numerous international festivals, including DocuDays UA in Kiev and BogoShorts in Bogotá. He is currently working on a number of other documentaries entitled Until the Wedding, The Fat One and The Warrior's Path.
