This call for projects is open to directors and producers until Monday, November 11 2024.
◤ The European First Films Pitches session will take place during the next edition of the festival, in Biarritz, from January 24 to February 1st 2025.
◤ The chosen projects will be pitched on January 28 2025, on site by their project holders to professionals attending FIPADOC Industry Days.
◤ All selected projects will benefit from an online meeting with the moderator and will profit from a tailored coaching.
◤The participation is free of charge.

Directors submitting their project must come from territories participating in the Doc Around
Europe festival network (Biografilm, DocsBarcelona, DOK.fest München, MakeDox, Verzió, and FIPADOC):
– Italy,
– Spain,
– Germany, Austria, German speaking Switzerland, German speaking South Tyrol,
– Greece, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Serbia, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia
& Herzegovina, Slovenia, Turkey, Romania,
– Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic
– France, French speaking Belgium, Luxembourg, French speaking Switzerland

Project Application & requirements
A complete project application should be submitted online by the project deadline (Monday, November 11 2024). Please have all the material listed below in the application form guidelines ready before you begin. All material must be in English.
An incomplete application cannot be validated by the system.

Accreditation
◤ The Festival will grant the director of selected projects a free FIPADOC professional pass.
◤ The festival is able to cover part of the accommodation and/or transport costs for the directors of selected projects.
