◤FIPADOC Co-production Forum 2024 Guidelines
Call for projects: International Pitches
This call for projects is open to production companies until Thursday 2 november 2023.
◤ The International Pitches session will take place during the next edition of the festival, in Biarritz, from 19 to 27 January 2024.
◤Industry Days will entirely take place at the Bellevue (Biarritz) from January 22 to 25, 2024.
◤ The chosen projects will be pitched on the 24th and 25th of January 2024, on site by their project holders to selected delegates invited by FIPADOC.
◤ All selected projects will benefit from a preparation workshop with the moderators and will profit from a tailored coaching by the Industry Days staff. They will have the opportunity to meet potential partners in pre-organised meetings before or after the pitching session.
◤All submissions are subject to a fee of 100 € excl. VAT / 120 € incl. VAT. Entries are confirmed upon acknowledgement of receipt of this fee.
◤2024’s Focus Territory is the documentary industry of ITALY. Therefore, production companies from Italy will be able to submit projects free of charge.

Project Application & Requirements
A complete project application should be submitted online by the project deadline (Thursday 2 november 2023). Please have all the material listed below in the application form guidelines ready before you begin. All material must be in English.
An incomplete application cannot be validated by the system.

Accreditation
◤All participants must register to access to FIPADOC Co-production Forum by filling in the online accreditation form.
◤ The Festival will grant the directors of selected projects a free FIPADOC professional accreditation. Producers will have to pay a professional accreditation fee.
◤Professional accreditation fees are 200 € excl. VAT / 240 € incl. VAT

◤ If your company accredits two or more people, a 50% discount applies for any additional accreditation (collaborator rate) with the limit of 2 discounted per company.
◤ 100% exemption for professionals from UKRAINE.
