Feneen is a journey into Senegal's urban music scene. The documentary highlights the fundamental rule of the urban subculture in debunking the stereotypical image of the African continent. In Feneen, music becomes a metaphor for how in Africa, and more specifically in Senegal, despite the lack of means and often compensate for it, things get done.
