Camillo committed suicide at the age of 29. Nearly fifty years later, his twin brother, director Marco Bellocchio, gathered the whole family for lunch. Brothers. Grandchildren. The sister of his then-girlfriend. A psychiatrist. A priest. By recalling these years and events with each of them, Marco puts the pieces of the past back together, finally giving substance to a ghost he has been living with all his life.
