Since 2020, she has been a member of the “Bâtardes” film collective, a group where she collaborates with other filmmakers to explore common reflections and experiment together with new creative approaches.
Mathilde Sauvère has co-directed several short films with Khalissa Akadi, including the documentary “Mères Dragon”, the drama “Tant qu'il fera nuit” and their second documentary “Entre cães e lobos”. At the same time, she made a short net found footage film entitled “Les Crocos”, based solely on pre-existing images.
