Born in Paris in 1994, Aliha Thalien holds a Master’s degree in cinema from the Sorbonne and a DNSAP from the École des Beaux-Arts de Paris. These two courses of study enabled her to develop a practice of cinema, installation and sculpture based on language and memory. Her work has since been shown on several occasions at international film festivals and exhibitions.
