After studying Applied Arts and Humanities, Tara Lepleux turned to documentary filmmaking, directing two student films : 77 rue des cités (2022) and Perla et les humains (2024) as part of the DEMC master’s program at Paris Cité University. She is now studying screenwriting at La Fémis.
