Pierre DE PARSCAU

After graduating from ESRA (Superior School of Directing and Audiovisual), Pierre de Parscau started working on feature film sets before shifting toward documentary. He worked as a crewman for 2 years, following the oceanographic vessel TARA's expeditions in the pacific ocean. While on board, he directed two documentaries for France Télévisions. Pierre de Parscau still collaborates frequently with the TARA Foundation. He also directs various scientific documentaries with the CNC and Cité des Sciences. His recent meeting with the musher Sebastien Dos Santos Borges led him to direct the documentary MUSHER, the story of a several-month-long adventure through the far north. Pierre is now preparing a documentary about on Plastic Odyssey, an expedition taking on a 3-year-long world tour along the coastlines most affected by plastic pollution.
